Discount Tire

They dont plug motorcycle tires for whatever reason. Fine. Could say liability, I own a mechanic shop. It doesnt work like that. Said they refuse to sell me the plug kit so I could do it myself in their lot and get myself home. Fine. I said I get it. Went to home depot and walked and grabbed my own plug kit. Said they refuse to fill my rear tire. Alright. Theres a fine line between corporate policy and just being a human AKA giving good service. Would have taken but 10 seconds and helped me get home safe. As a franchise owner myself. The corporate policy needs to be revisited or reinstilled

I had an appointment and was greeted quickly and the inspection was fast and informative. The sales representative was very professional and astute. He took the time to explain my options for new tires in a clear, concise and timely manner without making me feel pressured to do add ons. The wait time quoted was almost to the minute. What an efficient staff of team players. I will be going back to this store for my future tire needs.

We went in to replace a flat tire and it was a great and fast experience. They do amazing at their 1:1 customer service, so we immediately knew we would be in great hands. When we went in they were pretty busy but still managed to get our tire replaced and out of there in 20 ish minutes! Everyone was so kind and enjoyable to talk with. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed!

Great service and Thanks for taking care of my wife's car. My wife blew a tire on her way to work. And I was not able to go save her, but I did everything over the phone and they were able to take care of my wife's car and get her back on the road with no hassle.

I recommend Discount Tire for their excellent prices and service! I was part of a pilot program where Discount Ties has a mobile unit that literally came to my house with my new snow tires(which I got on sale), removed my existing tires, and installed and balanced my new ones! From the moment I called the first time to inquire, purchase my new tires,(I believe the man who helped me was Kevin)until the time Joseph was finished with the installation, I was treated with excellence! Well done Discount Tire! Well done on your new pilot program! Thank you!
